The past holidays at our 4-star hotel in Innichen, South Tyrol, were a time of festive joy and luxury for our guests. Here is a recap of the highlights of our holiday program:
December 24th: Cozy Atmosphere by the Fireplace
Christmas Eve warmly welcomed our guests. The hotel lobby was festively decorated, including a beautifully adorned Christmas tree. Guests could relax by the fireplace and enjoy punch in the company of fellow guests, accompanied by delicious Christmas cookies. As a special surprise, each guest received a small gift to enhance the festive mood. It was the perfect way to start the Christmas celebrations.
December 25th: Christmas Music and Gala Dinner
The first Christmas Day began with festive music that transported guests into a magical Christmas mood. In the evening, an exquisite gala dinner prepared by our talented kitchen team was served. Guests enjoyed culinary delights and spent a romantic evening in an elegant atmosphere.
December 31st: A Glamorous New Year’s Eve
The highlight of the holidays was undoubtedly New Year’s Eve. The evening started with a glamorous aperitif, where champagne flowed, and a talented singer provided the musical accompaniment. The highlight of the evening was the exclusive 4-course New Year’s Eve menu that delighted our guests’ palates. After dinner, a lively party with live music in the hotel ensued, lasting into the early hours. At midnight, a traditional Italian delicacy was served – pork knuckle with lentils, for good luck in the new year.
January 1st: Continuing the Festive Pleasure
New Year’s Day also began festively with another gala menu. Our guests could welcome the new year with a delicious meal in an elegant setting and continue to enjoy the festive atmosphere.
