With a glamorous aperitif, Champagne “Alan Couvreur” Blanc de Noir served from magnum bottles, and atmospheric live music, we welcomed the New Year in style.

The evening was accompanied by a heartfelt speech from our host Franz and his daughter Verena, who also took the opportunity to introduce our dedicated team. Afterwards, our guests enjoyed a carefully curated 4-course menu:

Grilled octopus | Lime lentils | Chicory | Roe | Crab oil
Crustacean risotto | Lovage | Cherry tomatoes | Stracciatella
Seabass fillet | Purple carrot cream | Mussel sauce
Passion fruit mousse | Vanilla wafer | Almond streusel | Dragon fruit ice cream

Later, the celebration continued with jazz, live music, and dancing into the early hours of the morning. A particularly delightful moment: this year, our chefs joined the guests on the dance floor, adding to the lively atmosphere.

At 1 a.m., we served the traditional Cotechino and lentils, accompanied by a glass of Lambrusco – a symbolic dish to bring luck and prosperity in the New Year.
