After a journey made up of small daily decisions, shared reflections, and much dedication, we are excited to share a special announcement for our entire family: our Boutique & Gourmet Hotel Orso Grigio has officially received the Sustainability Certification. 🌱

With great pride, we announce that we have reached the highest level of the Alto Adige sustainability certification and have also obtained the prestigious GSTC – Industry Criteria for Hotels certificate. This important recognition rewards our concrete commitment to conscious and respectful hospitality.

Behind this achievement are many small, thoughtful choices, such as:

• the elimination of single-use materials,

• mindful energy usage,

• waste reduction,

• collection of data on guest mobility,

• offering refrigerators only upon request,

• use of real plants in shared spaces,

• and ongoing awareness and involvement of both our team and our guests.

These choices stem from a deep desire to offer our guests not only a comfortable stay, but one that is also in harmony with nature and the territory we deeply love.

For us, this certification is not simply an award, but a new starting point. We will continue on this path with the same passion that has accompanied our family for generations.
