Wine is our obsession
What is missing after a successful day’s hiking at the foot or on a peak of the Dolomites? A good glass of wine, of course, in a nice company or on its own. In a reclaimed basement area, surrounded by historic walls, we conserve roughly 300 wine labels. They include wines from the top wine-producing regions and most scrupulous wine-growers: some classics and a few luxurious rarities. Your host Franz Ladinser is a wine connoisseur dedicated to his favourite hobby, who enjoys sharing his expertise with his guests. The weekly free wine-tasting event he holds in this original locale is an unforgettable experience.

Franz Ladinser, your host and a wine connoisseur, offers a weekly wine-tasting event in the basement wine cellar. Savour, smell, sip and enjoy noble wines together – preferably with a blind taste test. In the end, what really counts is fine quality and personal preference, two factors that make wine such an interesting art.
